IMPORTANT - Field Trip Reminder - 5/13/13

Dear Parents, Guardians and/or Other Caring Adults:

The Fourth Grade field trip to Cranbrook is next Monday, May 13, 2013.  Just a few things to keep in mind as you prepare to send your child to school on that day:

         We will leave promptly at 9:00am.  Your child must be in his/her classroom by 8:45AM. If your child is not on the bus at 9:00AM, s/he will not be able to attend the trip.   We will return to school about 2:00PM.

·         ALL students must bring a disposable sack lunch from home labeled with their first and last names. School lunch, snacks and/or milk will NOT be available for purchase on that day.

·         We will be eating lunch at various times that day.  Please make sure your child eats a breakfast and if possible, a bit more fulfilling of a breakfast than normal.

·         We will be indoors all day. Please have your child dress accordingly.

·         Although there is a gift shop, students will not be able to shop. Please refrain from sending any money with your student.

·         Electronic devices (e.g. i-Pods, i-Pads, handheld games, cameras, phones) are not allowed.
