Friday's Daily Folder

In your child's folder you will find:

1. Papers that were completed in class.  
2. Some may not have finished and they have "please complete and return" on them. 
3. A math fact practice paper completed independently that needs to be reviewed with you and your child.  We have been working on +1 facts for the last week.  Using the concept of one more. 
4. A review of Unit 1 math that is actually a review of math concepts learned in Kindergarten. Please have your child complete it and return it by Tuesday.  Our Unit 1 Progress Check will be on Wednesday.  We will go over the review on Tuesday. 
5. A list of words that need to be practiced and reviewed.  Our spelling checks will begin this coming week.  You may notice that they are simpler words.  All children will start with the same ones and will progress at their own pace.  The spelling check this week will be on Wednesday as we have no school on Thursday.
